AUTOMATIC CONTROL PANEL FOR UNCLOG (DEWATERING) PUMPSET - TYPE B
* These pumps are basically used to drain the water from U. G. Tank or basement Pit etc.
* They can be used for effluent plants, Drainage & Sewage system, muddy water, Swimming Pools etc.
* Control Panel for dewatering
system generally uses Float type sensors for level control, but
can also be available in prodless Logic.
* Additional Cut-Off facility from thermister control which is embedded into motor windings.
* This panel can be hooked with
Hydro pneumatic systems.
* Outdoor Panels are also available for this category. |
AUTOMATIC
CONTROL PANEL FOR HYDRO
PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS - TYPE A
* Under this conceptual operations Overhead Tank is eliminated and instead
pressurized chambers are used.
A typical use is as follows -
When, in such a pressurized system, a tap if opened will cause the pressure to drop. When such a drop goes below the set point, the stationary pump will go into operation and build up the pressure to desired level. The pump stops when upper
set point is reached. In case if load exceeding beyond the rated capacity of one pump, others will be put into use by default in sequence thereby maintaining desired pressure levels at all times. Also it ensures equal use of all pumps by discarding the
manual option.
The latest VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Technology can also be incorporated in Panels to maintain constant pressure. This system works on soft start-soft stop logic where speed of the motor is directly proportional to frequency. Thus at lower
frequencies while maintaining the torque there is a drop in voltage thereby offering a heavy power saving.
* Single Phase / Three Phase option available.

In this system the demand for water supply which may come anytime would be critical and crucial. Hence it gets subdivided into following sections.
a. Fire Pumpset + Jocky Pumpset
b. Sprinkler Pumpset + Jocky Pumpset
c. Booster Pumpset
|
* |
Jocky pumpset associated with Fire Pumpset /
Sprinkler Pumpset online routinely. Whenever a minor drop in
pressure is detected ( usually a result of improper closure or
leakages) and brings up the pressure to desired level before
switching itself OFF. In an emergency there is a drastic fall in
pressure which will compell the fire Pumpset / Sprinkler Pumpset
to go into operation. In the event of insufficient waterin UG
Tank, Booster Pumpset using Overhead Tank (Emergency) can be
pressed into service. |
* |
Hooter system which gives a shrill warning whenever any of these pumps go into operation. |
* |
Since the pumps are not
regularly in use, there is a provision to check the mechanical or other
performance using a manually bypass switch. This keeps the system " BATTLE READY" at all times. |
* |
These panels are generally equipped with
a. switch Fuse Units (SFU) b. Busbar System
c. HRC Back up d. MCCB (Optional) |
