Automatic Control Panels for  MONOBLOCK  pump sets

• These types of panels find usage in pumping municipal water from Underground tank to Overhead tank by sensing the preseted Water Levels.
• These systems are available for pumps incorporating 3-phase or 1-phase supply.
• Star Delta panels are also available for higher HP pump sets.

In case of 2 pumps being put to use, following options are available.,
 
a) Cyclic : (Automatic )

By default both the pumps are put to equal use. Having them alternating as “Standby & Working” every time an operation commences.

b) Alternate : ( Manual )

Here a user decides the choice of working pump & a standby pump.

Automatic Control Panels for  SUBMERSIBLE  pumpsets, ( 3-phase )

• These types of panels find usage in pumping water from Borewell to Overhead tanks making use of Prod less &/or Sensor Logic.
• Auto restarting of pump is done by Timer circuit. The time cycle (OFF time) is adjustable and can be adjusted as per yield of Borewell. Whenever pump stops, the timer circuit actuates and restarts the pump after the Set time.
• In addition to “Prod & Level controller” ON time option based on actual working time of the pump can be used to control pumpset.
• Also available in Star Delta configurations for higher HP pumpsets.

Automatic Control Panels for SUBMERSIBLE pumpsets, ( 1-phase )

• Single phase submersible pumps are generally operated with following option to choose from :
   
• Start & Run Capacitor
• Run Capacitor
• Automation in case of Start Run category though difficult has been standardized by using a momentary kick to the Start capacitor which withdraws immediately thereafter.
• Automation related to Run capacitor is simple. In this case both Prod less or sensor logic is applicable and can be used as per requirement.

Semi Auto models are also available in prod less with Auto stop in case of dry running and Overhead tank overflows.
